Data we process

This may include your name, date of birth, address, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, photograph, CV, bachelor or diploma and education information, language skills, documents required later in the process and, where relevant, family information.

Purpose

We use this information exclusively for the application, qualification, professional recognition, visa and placement process.

Storage and infrastructure

Application data and documents are stored through the existing Lovable infrastructure and protected access systems used by NOVA ACCESS.

Necessary sharing

Where required for your pathway, relevant information may be shared within the participating projects and services of Akbari Solutions Worldwide LLC, particularly Deutsch Talk, as well as with Bona Dea Care in Austria and the responsible authorities or professional recognition bodies. Only information necessary for the respective step is shared.

Retention

Data is stored for the duration of the application, qualification and placement process and afterwards only for as long as necessary to complete the process or meet applicable retention obligations.
