Ava Akbari — Founder & CEO

Ava has an academic background as a graduate engineer and bachelor's degree holder, as well as many years of experience as a social educator, German trainer, certified German examiner and project leader for education, learning and social projects.

After working directly with international nurses for several years, she saw how unnecessarily complicated, inconsistent and impersonal the pathway to Europe can be. NOVA ACCESS grew from this experience — not as another mass recruitment agency, but as a professional, clearly structured and respectful route for qualified nurses to Austria.

NOVA ACCESS deliberately works with only a limited number of nurses at a time so that genuine personal guidance remains possible.

Wahid Akbari — Director of International Operations

Wahid contributes an important personal perspective. He learned German himself and understands what it means to learn a new language, find one's way in another culture and build a new life. Alongside the organisational perspective, he represents the people who are actually taking this journey.

Deutsch Talk provides professional language preparation. NOVA ACCESS leads and coordinates the complete pre-arrival process. At the flight and arrival in Austria, responsibility is handed over to Bona Dea Care for employment, local support, integration and the continued pathway in Austria.
